EOS POWER INDIA PVT. LTD. is engaged in product design, manufacturing and services of Switch mode power supplies and related electronic assemblies. EOS Power has a vision to provide innovative technological solutions, products, and services to its customers.

Top management is committed to:

• Provide quality systems that are designed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 13485:2016/ ISO 9001:2015 while meeting Statutory and Regulatory requirements applicable to products and services.
• Making Quality, the responsibility of every employee within the organization by demonstrating commitment to quality and by monitoring and maintaining the effectiveness of our quality systems through business process metrics.
• Fostering an environment of continual improvement in products and processes and achieving operational efficiency by attaining better productivity and profitability.
• Continual improvement of Quality Management Systems by ensuring the risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of products and services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed.

This policy will be communicated to all employees working for or on behalf of EOS Power India Pvt. Ltd. Employees and other organizations are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, carried out without risk to themselves, others, or the environment.

This policy will be reviewed annually by top management and where deemed necessary will be amended and re-issued. This policy is available on the EOS website for the reference of interested parties.

EOS Power Environmental Policy

EOS Power India Pvt. Ltd. is an environmentally conscious company and is committed to protecting the local and global environment of the Earth.

Our activities include: Design, development, manufacturing, testing and services of switch mode power supplies, related electronic assemblies and their associated business administration.

Top management is committed to ensuring that the Company:

• Complies with all Compliance obligations, where these relate to our environmental aspects.
• Provides employees and others with the resources needed for the EMS, including support, direction and encouragement to fulfill the requirements, commensurate with their role.
• Maintains our registration to the environment management standard BS EN ISO 14001:2015, as defined within the scope of our EMS.
• Strives to integrate the EMS into all business processes.
• Supports other relevant management roles to demonstrate leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.
• Protects the environment, prevents pollution and minimize the consumption of resources.
• Minimizes waste to landfill by reducing our waste generation and by segregating and recycling waste where economically and operationally feasible.
• Co-ordinates business transport so as to reduce consumption.
• Uses energy, water, materials and other natural resources as efficiently as possible, giving particular regard to the long-term sustainability of consumable items.
• EOS Power’s senior management is committed to ensure that protection of the environment is firmly embedded in both the company’s and all employees culture and will endeavor to influence its suppliers and customers in a similar strategic environmental manner.
• Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner and ensure that a continuous professional development strategy remains core to our business goals.
• Employees and other organizations are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others, or the environment.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

EOS Power India Pvt. Ltd. is committed to take adequate precautions related to Occupational health and safety in developing, manufacturing, storing, handling and distribution of its products and in its operations. It is our policy to provide a safe and healthy work environment to its employees and those who may be impacted by the organization’s activities.

Towards this, we have set our objectives and are committed to:

• Comply with applicable OH&S legislation, statutory, regulatory and other requirements.
• Integrate OH&S considerations into Business Planning and decision making.
• Identify OH&S risks related to operations and ensure measures are implemented to eliminate, minimize or control those hazards.
• Respond to community concerns regarding OH&S and address them proactively in our operations
• Equip ourselves to address OH&S emergencies.
• Communicate, involve and consult employees working for or on behalf of health and safety provisions and impart the requisite training.
• Continually review objectives and set targets to improve our OH&S performance.
• Provide organizational structure, support and directive to achieve these objectives.
• Involve suppliers and contractors in our OH&S mission by sharing our expectations and engaging with them to achieve OH&S objectives as part of global supply chain.
• Make this Policy available to our customers, other stakeholders and public.
