Recommended Conduction Plate & Clearance
Conduction power rating mentioned in the table is with additional aluminium base plate of 3 mm thickness with 177.8mm(7in) length & 101.6mm(4in) width. Clearance of minimum 15 mm above the component height is recommended for better thermal management.
